I had purchased one samsung galaxy j7 max having imei no 358344/213028/7 4 month back from a retail outlet in thakupukur (Pin code-700063). I have facing some problem mention. I would to like mention some problem. 1. First problem i can't open the phone. 2. The application could not work properly. 3. A spot was occur on the top of the screen.
These problem which i am facing. I am feeling cheated after purchasing the phone. If you can assure please help me either refund my money. I will not find same kind of problem in future.
