I procured mobile on 6th may 2018, i used it for a day and came across battery charging issue in newly purchased mobile. Mobile not getting charged after 70% and so i visited the dealers shop on 8-may-2018. He charged mobile with another charger and mobile got charged properly. He refused complaint by saying you may use it there is no problem in phone. I used it for next days and i have faced same problem. So i visited samsung service centre on 12th may 2018. They kept mobile to check and software updating also for 2 days. I was returned my mobile on 14th may 2018 with there assurance if further problem occurs we will provide replacement note. I submitted my mobile them today. Today is 14th day and as per service centre representatives statement after 14 days mobile will be seny for repairing in place of replacement. I am having issue in mobile from the day of purchase. Please help me to resolve this and have value of my invested money on samsung. Was this information helpful? | |||
