[Resolved]  Samsung India — Samsung galaxy J7 Prime

I had purchased samsung J7 Prime on 13 April 2017 from samsung store porvorim Goa. after using it for 20 days I started receiving problems of display getting off several times and for couple of hours the phone is not able to function n i noticed that screen shows lights on top . so I visited samsung service centre on 19 may 2017 to get the problem solved but they told me that the display is also showingproblem they told me this problem is encountered by many customers and the part is on waiting. so i[censored] keep ur cell for service u will get it after availability of parts, but why shall I repair it coz this problem is due to company default why shall customers face it n pay the service charge for getting it repair. The phone is just 38 days old .

i have been using Samsung mobiles since my school days but never encountered such problems in new phones . Plz replace it orelse I have to approach in different manner. Coz I am suffering from it and samsung has no solution to overcome over this and I will even not prefer to buy this model again.

the service team contacted me on 23 may 2017 at 9.40am and assured me that he will get the issue solved from the samsung service centre. He told me to visit the samsung service centre n informed me that to visit the samsung service centre n he told me at 11.00 n did not called me back .
I waited n waited at the service centre.
Plz look into this .
