We are facing problem with samsung service center in visakhapatnam near CMR central .
very poor response and irresponsible behavior .
i purchased new phone and found problem with adopter on 07.01.2017 and contact service center and given compliant but no response from team by continues followup with samsung service center today 27.01.2017 team agreed to provide new one and taken two hours .

very very poor and worst service.
