[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung galaxy m10 | |||
I have bought samsung galaxy m10 and that is delivered yday on 29th july. When i opened box there was minor internal damage. Order date 26-jul-2019 Order #[protected] Order total 7, 990.00 (1 item) Then i called yday in night to customer care but no proper support from there. After that i also tried to check picture of this m10... Images are worst (Front & rear). So there could be positivity of this model shipping/ manufacturing lot failure or whatever. I finally don't need this product and need refund. I am attaching herewith mobile images and also imei details image as well as i have attached short video where clearly minor damage showing at top left. Also, i have clicked and attached 2 pics (From front & rear camera)... Totally i am disappointed by camera performance... 5mp & 13mp both are worst. Also, i played video on youtube but video playing blur... Again totally waste of money... Now i don't want to buy this model (M10). I can buy upgraded model m20 or m30 upon checking specifications on website. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
