[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung galaxy note 8 | |||
Briefly, i'm user of samsung products from past 10years. My 3rd samsung mobile phone (Note 8) met with motherboard issue but this time fortunately under warranty. Previous 2 mobiles, i had to pay for motherboards. (Previously i was using note 1 and note 4 edge) Due to such repeated issues, honestly i've lost my confidence on samsung mobiles. For my current issue, i've requested for full refund or replacement of my phone or warranty for motherboard for 5 years with the replacement of the motherboard in my current phone. I had purchased this phone on 14th january 2018 and faced an issue with the motherboard within 3 months. I know this is against warranty policy but considering my past experience with samsung, i'm sure i'm not illogical in my demands.
