[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung galaxy note 8 - defective phone | |
I bought a galaxy note 8 on 7-oct-17. Till now i have not receved my wireless charger. There is no one at samsung to attend to my issue. All act like robots and with no willingness to resolve my issue and fix the problem. Useless statements and passing the complaint from one department to another. Escalated to the support centre ceo desk, but they are also just passing time and not giving the wireless charger. Was this information helpful? | |
