[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung galaxy s5 smartphone

I have been using samsung phones for last 5 years, today my mobile blasted while charging causing damages to my household items though no physical injury happened, it could have been as my family was sleeping nearby.
Now i realised that these incidents associated with samaung are real and even fatal.
Its quite disturbing as i trusted samsung for so long and made all family members use this company’s brands.
I want the complete resolution of my complaint else i will go to consumer forum.
