[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung Galaxy S7 | |||
With Ref to Service Bill No: [protected], the mobile was given to Service Center at Madurai on 21.01.2017. Actual Complaint is " Touch sensor not functioning well". They replied to wait for 20 minutes to get back the mobile. But they could not give the mobile serviced on 21.01.2017. But after that day, they simply replying "Come tomorrow" till 02.02.2017. Till now I have spoken two times to[protected]Samsung) Call center. More than ten times visited the Service center directly. This complaint should ensure Samsung's Responsibility in this issue.
