[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung Galaxy Star Pro not working properly | |||
I had purchased a Samsung Star Pro Mobile yesterday from your SH Mumtazuddin P Ltd at RN Mukherjee Road KOLKATA vide Invoice Number 03676 for Rs.5550, however, in the same APPS are taking hours to get installed in 3G connection. However, when I talked to the Dealer, the Dealer says to contact SAMSUNG and when I contacted SAMSUNG tollfree they say to contact Nearest Service Center. Please look into the Matter seriously, either replace the New Handset or refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||

When I contacted the Service Center, they are saying the Samsung Galaxy Star Pro does not support 3G connection, it supports 2G connection only. Please guide as to why the same is not upgraded with technology.
