We have purchased a samsung headphones it got damage under warranty we had been to samsung service center 199f, 1st floor 27th cross 7th b main 3rd block jayanagar blore 560011

And they made us to roam here and their for some or the reason and today at last one of the exucitve received and she told we will call you in 2 to 3 days once we receive the product and till today i haven't received any call from their end and today i visited the branch again they are saying that we have only product at present so i told them to hold that till monday i will collect but for that they told we can hold and i went and spoke with the service director his name is sunil cutinha his response was very bad and even i told to him that hold the product till. Monday his response also was. The same we. Can't hold on the same time i told hold or else i need to. Take next step he told ok do as you wish...

I want a quick response for this mail and you people need to take action on that sunil at earliest please contact them and tell them to call me on monday if the product is available. [protected]
