[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung india cashback of rs. 1500 not received on purchase of samsung

I had purchased samsung galaxy j6 on[protected] with a eligible offer of rs. 1500 as cashback. It's written on sale receipt that "you are entitled for additional cashback of rs. 1500. It will be credited to your card account within 90 days". Only 1 week left and i haven't received the cashback in my card account (Icici).

Transaction remarks - vps/spice,, /[protected]/0
Txn id - [protected]

I have the bill and payment receipt (Customer copy of card payment through swipe machine).

There is no tracking or information from the samsung support that when i will receive the cashback amount. Really not happy with the service from samsung.

Yes someone from your contacted me and as discussed I have provided the necessary information/Bills to them. They informed me that they will contact me Monday (5th-Nov-18). But no one after that replied or contacted me.
