It is all a bitter experience for me at the behaviour of your service engineers, the way they attended my complaint.
They have tried their best in all ways to convince me rather than to attend the complaint sincerely. I am surprised how the rust is formed from a quality product of your company. I have to suspect the genuinity of your service agents with astonishment at their advice to me to apply coconut oil over the Rusted Part of the Fridge. How can they advise a Claint like this? When I have taken the matter serious, they painted the rusted part and asking for closing the complaint or otherwise they close the same at their end. I feel much disappointed at the failure to meet your terms of Warrenty. I request your immediate attention in this regard to replace the Rusted item with New and Genuine item from Company with out giving me any scope to raise further dispute.
