Samsung India — Samsung Inverter AC 1.5 Ton

I shifted my home within Chennai and had used the services of an authorized Samsung Technician for uninstalling & reinstalling my AC (1.5 Ton Inverter Model). For Reinstallation though 2 technicians had come (possibly trainees) and they were struggling for 7 hours for reinstalling the AC.

These 2 technicians were not trained properly and they kept on referring to the "Electrical Connection instructions" provided on a panel of the Outdoor unit of AC.
Towards the evening time they gave up saying some screw was not opening and a minor procedure of Gas refilling is to be done for getting the AC to work fine, BUT they wouldn't be doing and another technician would have to do it. I promptly called up the customer care to sort it out and they created a new complaint to address the issue and asked me pay the charges of 1500 as part of reinstallation.
I understand that the AC is not installed properly and never switch it ON, waiting for the technician to fix it first.

Next time another technician comes and checks for any fault and says that he needs to come again with a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) as he had not got it at the moment.

After following up, the technician comes after 2 weeks and straight away puts a new PCB and asks for Rs. 6800/- for the PCB alone (service charges not included). Upon clarifying that I should not be charged for the mishandling by Samsung technicians, he removed the PCB and went back..

My Question, why should I be bearing the cost, of repairing it? Its been over 2 months without AC and summer is getting unbearable in Chennai. My Complaint with Samsung open since 13th Feb. I managed to talk once with the Team Leader-cum-Manager (of Customer care) named Naveen and also Smita who were unable to resolve the issue. After many days of following I got a call (from another department to which Naveen/Smita might have forwarded my issue), and the lady there took all the details about my problem and then again everything went silent. Everytime now I call the customer care I am never able to talk to anyone senior and just get a consolation that I would get a call back. Even upon reaching the Samsung Service center people they say until Samsung approves they are helpless.

My point is -
1. My AC was working perfectly fine before uninstalling it.
2. Used authorised AC technicians for uninstalling & reinstalling it.
3. For transportation too I used well known Agarwal Packers & Movers and there was no damage to the AC in anyways. It was nicely packed and transported safely which I personally oversaw.
4. Since I bought the AC in 2014 I have used a Stabilizer (V-Guard) for any unforeseen power fluctuation problems. The Stabilizer too is working fine as always.
5. Now after reinstalling the AC, the PCB gets burnt, by the Authorized Servicing technicians from SAMSUNG.

Just for reinstallation I have been following up for 2 months and all I have after spending around[protected] is a burnt PCB costing another 7000 and a defunct AC during the summers.

Dont buy Samsung product they are not capable to repair there own product,

Here is my experience to Samsung product.

I bought a Samsung inverter AC on 7 Nov-2015 after 1 year and 8 month I complain Samsung service station Ac not cooling and Led continue blinking problem. After 2 days engineer visited the side and checked the AC he is not found problem and he said you have to reached outer unit in our office for problem found. so here I get the charge for gas. And after few hours he said me AC Circuit PCB need to change I agreed all things. After few days I got the call from Samsung service station your AC is completed so they told me please carry your outer unit, Again I agreed so far all things. And when engineer come for installation and when engineer start AC then I got same problem(not cooling and Led continue blinking problem) Engineer open the outer unit and I am shock Circuit PCB installed is old. Here I am not expecting this kind of service from Samsung service Station. They are using Reparable parts.

My Concern is this if Company policy says that any part goes faulty it would be replace not be repair, so why Samsung engineer using Repairable Part, why he not replace new part.

Now I don't know what should I do and where I have to go. Please Help me to resolve my Issue, because I frustrated with the support of Samsung.

And now I registered complain from last 26 days engineer parts order two times and but still they are not resolve my AC problem again they want to carry outer unit at him office

I already payment for part and service charges but still they are not resolve my AC problem can you help me out?

If Samsung company not capable to resolve the problem then exchange to me New Outer Unit.

LAST 21 DAYS WHEN I CAL SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE GIVE ME SAME ANSWER YOUR COMPLAIN IS IN PROCESS.
