Sir, i plan to buy j2 pro so i go to kanchipuram sumsung showroom, where i ask to tell specification abt j2 pro and j5 mobile to the executive they are not responding and they speak very wrongly to my dad. Suddenly i call to samsung customer care i explain everything they ask to give phn to executive that executive cut call.. After that to that executive skp worngly with my dad. This is very embarrassing to me and my family. Complaint for : that executive i (Dono the name). Date not incident : 08.12.2017 5.30 to 6.30 pm.
