Sir i have purchased mobile samsung j[protected] so sir 2nd feb 2016 charging time 3to 4 hour so i connect your customer care he was replaced usb soket but no solve my problem so i was going to your customer care but no satisfaction so second time i was going to care but problem is progress charged time 5 to 6 hour so customer care changed the mother board but 4 to 5 days multiple problem charging timei 5 to 6 hour, touch not work properly, charging problem, hanfree sound not work properly then he was replaced mother board but my problem is not sold my mobile touch not work properly so very bad experience so i decided i have no purchased item samsung my bill no.[protected], imei no.[protected] (My mobile number.
