[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung j5 | |||||
I had purchased samsung j5 gold 7months back. A week ago suddenly the display stop working while i m using it. When i visited the customer i.e guwahati near chandmari they informed me that display crack is there and will be charged rs 3000. I am not sure if i agree to this and the machine is in warranty and the problem is no fault of mine. Same incident happen with my fiance also. I gifted him samsung j7 and customer care charged him rs 9000for display within the warrantee period only. So he choose another brand over samsung. If these kind of post service provided by you, how can you stick with youe estemeed brand. I am really disappointed with samsung. So request you to take care of the problem at the earliest.
