I have bought the mobile in the november last year. It has not been even a year n i have lot of problems with this mobile, i really dis satisfied with the product & the customer services as they are not able to solve my issue. It was bad experience with this product. Whenever i visit a sevice center they say me i vl take time or this is not under warranty... This is what thy dont do there job thy dont find a solution to anything.

I submitted my samsund j7 mobile because of display problem in full warranty period, at dombivli east, pp chamber, samsung service center . but after 13days they cant say any updates about phone. my bill no is [protected]
