[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung j5 prime | |||
I realized it is a big mistake to believe that one should only buy mobile handset from reputable organizations only. I bought a brand new samsung j5 prime from samsung authorized showroom (Ss communications) at himayatnagar hyderabad on the 22nd oct 2017. Within a fortnight we begin to have problems with the phone. It conked off with a blue screen every day and we had to force restart it. We took it to samsung authorized service center at kharadi pune where we were told it's a software update issue and they supposedly rectified it and also did a quality check. They confirmed the issue will not recur. However the issue has cropped up again! Can samsung please replace my phone and provide me with a proper piece? Was this information helpful? | |||
