I have purchased one Samsung j7 6 February 14 at poorvika mobiles in Chennai tvk Nagar..2nd day I can't use this phone properly fully hanging ..automatically phone is restarted..wen in move to poorvika same dealer they check my mobile and they easily reply sorry u go to service centre we can't handle it...in a 2nd day I'm very disappointed..pls rectify my problem till now I can't use properly very bad..
