[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung J7 | |||||
My set, Samsung J 7(SM-J700F/DD) is bought on 22/03/2016. While the device is shutting down or booting up, or is in battery saver mode, the screen is continuouslly blinking.It's still in the gurranty period, so I went to nearby service centre at Ghoshpara Road, Barrackpore, Kolkata 121.But they decline to change the display, and had asked me to submit documents alongwith my set to get the money refunded or to get a new set from company.I am a creative writer, and do all my jobs with the help of this phone.How can I keep on doing my works in those long three months, while I don't have any computer or other set to do all that kind of works.Please help me to solve this problem as earlyas possible.
