I am heramb pathak in a conversation with you since months regarding the back cover issue, hanging issue, sometime shut down issue and software update in this connection you guided me to hand over the set to service center i did that in the morning pl see the bill in attachment the no is [protected]

pl be kind to provide my mobile as soon as possible as i am in to small business.

and how can you justify that i refused to pay the estimated cost..show me voice detail and if any mail.
Do not tell me the tape recorded sort of version as you do commonly in random cases resolve it.
You have take 18000Rs set was under guarantee..
