[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung j7 mobile | |||||
My samsung j7 mobile had a abrupt shutdown issue and i had approached samsung service center, jayanagar, bangalore. After inspection it was told that mother board had to be replaced. So we didn't agree with this and took the product back without repair. But in the process of inspection the service person had broken the lcd panel for which upon enquiring there was an arrogant reply from the service team. To my surprise after 10 days the mobile is powering on and working without any issue except for the broken lcd whichwas caused by the service person. When i had asked for the inspection report it was not shared with us. I really don't understand on what basis the mother board was declared dead. Instead of repairing they have damaged the lcd. This is case of cheating by the service team. Kindly provide an answer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
