[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung j7 mobile service | |||
I hv purchased samsung j[protected]. But due to display problem, submitted to service center (Ss enterprises, pune-satara road, pune 411048). As per discussion with them, the refund/exchange will be given within 10 days. Approved on 17 nov 2016. When i called to customer care[protected], the refund has been processed, but when i visit to service center, said exchange has been done and no refund will be given. From the same spot, i call to customer care, she said refund has been processed not exchange, then service center executive spoke to customer care, she repeated refund has been processed. I call to customer care (Supriya rai[protected], she said refund has been approved & will get cheque within 15 working days. I have 3 call recordings among this, service center is not responding, & manager is never available in center. So, i need refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
