Dear team Bill no.:[protected] I have given my mobile set j7 prime on 21/5/2018 to a. A. Electronics national shopping complex amritsar, punjab. As discussed with gaurav representative at service center ask me cost of 950 /- for repair mobile charging pin but he has changed charging pin without my consent and changed motherboard and mobile parts without my consent. Also declare my phone dead though my phone is on and problem in software /charging. Behaviour of gaurav and other customer care representatives very rude.
