[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung j7 prime crack display during charger

I putt my mobile phone for charging afer 1 hour i cgeck my phone itz screen is broken immediately i visit to samsung carecentre i told about my problem they ask me for new touch and display in rs5500 but it is in warranty (If phone fmget blast during charging who is reaponsible for it if we met with an accident or get any physical damage who is responsible for it?
