[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung j7 prime mobile issue | |||||
Dear Team, Once I charge my battery it gets charge 90% or more and then comes back to 85% and more. It takes 3 to 3&1/2 hours to complete charge. Being loyal customer of samsung I bought samsung J7 prime mobile on Oct 2016 and made so many compaints, asking some solution and got so many suggestions also but couldn't find any solution. Lastly as advised by your phone officer I visited authorised customer centre for repairing it. It got repaired saying that need to change motherboard and bettery for charging issue. After doing it still facing same problem and advised again by your phone banking officer to revisit again to authorised Service centre of fixing the same problem. Request you to pls replace my samsung J7 prime or get it resolved by not biding again to Service centre as I am residing to far away from Service centre. Need resolution ASAP!!
