[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung j7 pro

I bought the samsung j7 pro from supreme mobile at trichy for 19000. The phone had a black dot and in a few days it starts to bleed/ started to blacken after 3 month onwards. I have started to follow the complaining procedure but there is no positive replies from samsung. They have taken everything as granted they just predicting by themselves when i told them that might be manufacturing defect then simply ignored it. I have the bill and it is under warranty. He wants me to pay 4500 for changing the screen really very disappointed and shocked

What is the use of the customer care number after I have been made to pay the amount though the mobile is in the guarantee period
