[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung j7 pro | |||
I bought the samsung j7 pro from supreme mobile at trichy for 19000. The phone had a black dot and in a few days it starts to bleed/ started to blacken after 3 month onwards. I have started to follow the complaining procedure but there is no positive replies from samsung. They have taken everything as granted they just predicting by themselves when i told them that might be manufacturing defect then simply ignored it. I have the bill and it is under warranty. He wants me to pay 4500 for changing the screen really very disappointed and shocked Was this information helpful? | |||
