I (S.Krishna Swaroop) brought samsung j7 mobile on jan 27th 2016. after three months(April 2016) of purchase i got the frequently phone switch off problem. I went to customer care they said it is display problem and change the phone's display without any fee due to guarantee period.
After two months(June 2016) again same problem this time customer care personnel updated my phones soft ware.
After two months (september 2016) again same problem this time customer care again updated my phones software.
with in guarantee period i got three times same problem. so i want to return my phone to samsung company as a default product. Was this information helpful? |
