Invoice no: slf02a[protected] bought in 2016. Within 2 year tv's panel has spoiled. Can you please let me know whats the reason for this? Please note that we trusted the brand and got fooled. Now we have to pay for the replacement 30k. With what trust we have to belive the samsung brand as its worst experience. Now i realized sony is better than samsung.
