It’s going to be 15 days since the complaint is lodged but no substantial action being taken by the company till now except few calls with halfhearted unacceptable solutions. It looks like you support executives are least bothered about customer grievance and very casual in proving apt solution in time. I am assuming this as a gross negligence from company’s end for not giving required attention. In case no resolution being provided in next 48hrs of time frame, i will be forced to initiate legal action under consumer protection act for the financial and mental damage caused to me by selling a defective tv to me by the company.
