Under the instruction of my client Smt. Ranjeet Kaur I do hereby give you the notice as follows :
1. That, my client purchased Samsung L.E.D. Model UA-32H5100 on dtd. 10.04.2014 from noticee no. 2. and the aforesaid product manufactured by you noticee no. 1.
2. That, after few months, the product which my client purchase from you noticees is not working satisfactory few spots generated in the panel / screen and having manufacturing falut in it. That, my client inform to you noticee no. 2 about the fault in the assembly and you noticee no. 2 instruct my client to complaint to Noticee no. 1 i.e. Samsung Service Centre. That, my client request to you noticee no. 2 that you have to take care of my product after sales, I purchased from noticee no. 2 renowled reputated shops ever otherwise you noticee on my client request could not take care of my client complaint.
3. That, my client called Samsung Service Station and lodged the complaint against the aforesaid product, on dtd. 20.01.2015 Samsung Engineering visited and examined the product, and find the fault and the assure my client to replace the product, that on dtd. 29.01.2015 you noticee no. 1 Engineer came with the new panel board to replace it with the request that after replacing the panel board your product will be working properly. On his assurance my client agree to get the panel board replace of from the aforesaid product, inspite my client request to replace the whole assembly you noticee Engineer replace the panel board and communicate to higher authorities as yours company working policy, complete the formality to close the complaint. That after replacing the panel board within 1 hour the whole assembly came out to black and its not working. My client immediately called you noticee no. 1 Engineer and he came back and fit the old panel board and take back the new panel board with the assurance that the new panel board will be replace within one week and your complaint will be rectified within a week, that you noticee Engineer again communicate the whole incidents to higher authorities in front of my client and place an order of new panel board, as he were aware of the whole fault, but he is not disclosing the fact and he is and hurry to close the complaint.
That I will come with new panel board, there also my client requested you noticee no. 1 Engineer to please replace the whole aforesaid assembly inspite of changing of panel board, you noticee no. 1 Engineer could not take care of my request.
4. That on dtd. 05.02.2015 my client complaint to your call centre complaint number is [protected], in which Mr. Amit Kumar Singh update the complaint status to my client that aforesaid whole assembly is not available and our service engineer will visit and replace the old panel with the new one and instructed to my client get replace the panel board and assure my client that as soon as the product whole assembly will available they will make arrangements to replace it.
My client in assurance of you noticee no. 1 on dtd. 05.12.2015 get the panel board replaced, with hope that than the as soon as the product assembly will be available it will be replace accordingly.
5. That, on dtd. 05.02.2015 service engineer change my client (product panel board) and even you noticee engineer also examined the product and take the photograph of the product and told my client that the product has to be replaced but due to unavailability of the product we are changing the panel board and assured that the assembly will be replaced as the product will be available and we are here to provide you the services from the company end. That you have to lodge the fresh complaint to our Samsung Call Centre else from where you purchase the product for replacing of whole assembly.
6. That, on dtd. 06.02.2015 my client again complaint to you noticee no. 1 call centre and written complaint to you noticee no. 2 with the same grievances to replace the product.
7. That, on dtd. 16.02.2015, 24.02.2015, 26.02.2015 my client on repeating complaint to you noticee no. 1 Call Centre with the same grievances but no proper feedback given by you noticees till date, and even no person/engineer visited to see the product, my following complaints are still pending and you noticees always making me the false excuses and running from your liabilities to replace the product and making false commitment to my client. That my client could not expect that such a renowled company provide such poor services and making false commitment to my client.
8. That, the act of the you noticees came under the deficiency in services and my client also suffered mental agony from deficiency in the services and wrong commitments.
Please take this with the instruction to replace the aforesaid product within 10 days from receiving of this notice. Else my client take legal action against you notices at yours cost, risk and expenses. Please remit notice expenses Rs. 5000/-to my client.

Sir, I buyed a 64gb sandisk chip it is totally faq .pls return it

Fride defrost switch is not functioning properly .Because of huge ice formation in freezer, the freezer door was broken while opening the door . My earlier complaint was cancelled by service engineer stating that door locked. however, No engineer visited and no phone call made.
