[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung led not working/ [protected]

My led is not working from last 2 month. And i understand due to lock down you have late visited on my complaint but after that you have ordered the part regarding my led tv before before 15 days and now the call has been closed without resolving the issue.

Where is my samsung led spare??
Without informing me how you can closed this sr???
Who will reponsible for this delay???
Who will done this mistake???
Is that your service???
