I have purchased a samsung level bluetooth earphone 5month before. But now that earphone is not working properly. So i visited samsung care services centre at bhiwani.
But after see my earphone they told me this is can not be repaired. Because these item was only replaced. And they deny to replace after when i say.
They excuse that this is gum affixed.
I have only want to repaired my earphone. I have purchased that on 2299/- rupee
I am very disappointed by samsung service
So please resolve my problem.
