Samsung India — Samsung M31

I want to convey how highly disappointed i am with the quality of samsung's latest mid range phone m31. Within 5 days of buying, the phone display was damaged due to a fall from just 1 feet. Yes just 1 feet. I have used multiple brands before and i must say this is the poorest quality i have experienced so far.
And then customer service charges me a huge price of inr 5, 500 for a brand new phone. They do not even want to listen to the case.
Highly disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone in future to go for samsung.
