I had purchased microwave oven in may '2013. The oven was working
Fine till feb' 2018.in feb'2018 suddenly the smoke came out of the
Oven and there was good amount of burning smell from inside the
Oven. I lodged the complaint at the toll free no. The complaint
Was passed to shri shyam refrigeration which is the samsung
Authorised service centre located at n. I. T, faridabad. My first
Complaint no [protected]. The engineer came and changed the h. V. T,
Capacitor and fuse. Total bill i paid was rs. 2659/-. After that
The oven worked fine for almost 20 days and suddenly it stopped
Heating the food. Again i complained to the samsung for which the
Bill i was given by the engineer is showing the so no [protected],
But my sms from samsung is showing so no [protected] against my
Complaint. Again the engineer came and changed one more part and
I had to pay rs. 2000/- again. I repeatedly asked the service
Engineer to find the root cause of the problem but he could
Not and just assured me that it will not happen again. But today
I used the grill option of my oven, the smoke came out again
From the oven. Some problem with the grill. Although there is no
Problem with the heating.. Oven is heating the food... But using the
Grill it starts smoking. I would like samsung to look into the
Matter seriously so that the customers are not harassed
Unnecessarily. I have already paid rs. 5000/- for the repair
Just because the engineers are not qualified enough to find
Out the root cause of the problem. Anybody would prefer to buy
A new product to avoid such a harassment. And i am sure i will
Not like to buy samsung product at all after seeing the customer
Support you are providing
