[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung mobile a50 - bill no[protected] | |||
Hello, Good morning! I have bought a samsung a50 mobile on 22-mar-2019. I had a problem with my mobile within 14 days. So, i reached the service centre. They have updated the software but still, it didn't work out well. After 2 days, i reached the service centre again and they have given the advice to change the sim card, but no use. Finally, they have registered the complaint on 23rd april bill no: [protected]. Yesterday, they called me and confirmed that the phone's motherboard has some issue. Meanwhile, i called customer care officers and explained all the issue. During that time, they have agreed to replace my phone with a new one if it has a motherboard issue. Today, i called them to explain the situation, now they are hesitating to replace my phone. I would expect a good resolution against my issue. They are hesitating to replace my phone though i reached the service centre within 14 days. It is really frastruating for me. Kindly do needful.
