Dear Sir, I have Purchased Samsung A7 Mobile phone in the month of November 2016 & on 13th of January we faced display issue in Phone. On the same date we have handed over this phone to Samsung Service Centre as the phone was under warranty. At the time of Submission Service Engineer told that phone will be ready in next 3-4 day's but till now I have not received my phone. We are rigorously following with Samsung Service centre but we are just getting only one answer that Parts are not available & whenever they will receive parts they will call us.
