Hi sir\madam,
Its very pathetic to say that within 15 days my handset galaxy j7 was not working.
I raised my query in samsung service center on 6th of july who assured me two things, either my battery will be replaced within 7 days and if not then my phone will be replaced or the amount will be refunded.
I submitted my hand set and all the bank details in the service center on the very same day.
After 7 days there was no update from the service centre. After which i connected with the customer service on the toll free number provided by the service centre.
They gave me the assurance that my bill was approved on 14th of july for phone replacement and which may take a time of 15 working days for replacement.
As assured after waiting for 15 working days i am still unaware why my phone is not getting replaced there is no update from the service centre. Yesterday (1/08/2016) i got a confirmation mail from the customer care that my query has been resolved.
I tried to contact the service centre people an now they are forcing me to a battery replacement instead of phone replacement.
My concern is why should i go for a battery replacement when i have an approval for phone replacement. Secondly battery replacement was guaranteed within 7 days and phone replacement if i don't have battery replacement after 7 days.
Now its more than a month i am still struggling neither i got phone replacement nor refunded. Its unexpected from samsung and their services. Your team don't even give proper information. May times i get assured that my query will resolve and i will get a call. But i never got any feedback nor any call.
