I rajesh patel a citizen of mumbai, writing this letter to inform you that my samsung mobile cell phone on 7 pro-duos model no-sm-g600fzddins had not been getting network after insert the sim card, so on 30.11.2016, i went to the samsung customer service centre at shop d-214, shanti shopping centre thane 401107. Mumbai maharashtra, they said that the mother board is not working, and they replace a mother board as the mobile under full warranty.
On 6th dec’2016, i bought my mobile from the service centre. At the same time i didn’t check my mobile on my trust grown at the samsung service centre.
On 8th dec’2016, when i start my mobile, i found no sound issue in my cell phone.
On 9th dec’2016, with the same problem, again, i visited the same address samsung service centre. I am very surprised by the behaviour of that service centre employee regarding the same matter. He was claiming that the handset is repaired outside and the company does not repair the same. I denied and when i confirm him to give the same in written that the mobile has repaired outside, he denies giving the same and he demanded the cash amount against repairing of the mobile.
First thing when i have the facility of the service centre then why should i go to repair outside, is it the common sense of your engineer. Secondly, after delivering the handset. Within a one day of a gap i am facing the sound issue problem. So this is the technical problem in replaced motherboard or manufacturing defect of your company which i do not pay at any cost.
However, in regards the same issues i already informed dated. 10/12/2016 of samsung online customer care number field complain no. [protected].
On 12/12/2016, due to not getting replies from online samsung support again called online customer care number.
On 15/12/2016, due to not getting any type of feedback again, i called online customer care number.
On 26/2/2016, due to not getting any type of positive feedback again, i called online customer care number.
I am very disappointed with the samsung customer care service that every time executive hears the case and instead of taking solve the problem or taking prompt action in my case every time to time they said the word “sorry” “ escalated the matter further” and disconnected the line.
Can i get any prompt action on my long pending unsolved problem?
In the above fact & of this matter, i really felt very negative in against of your company and the behaviour of your service centre fraslin tech care pvt ltd. Shop d-214, shanti shopping mira road east thane 401107.
I will appreciate the urgent action regarding the same complaint to replace of the handset as there is production or manufacturing defect in the handset.
