One of worst service provider ever i have seen. Samsung will see all possibilities to avoid warranty repair. Best reason to escape is that water log, water entry and so cannot be covered under warranty! Only, we will receive regret mail from them. I did lot of correspondence with samsung thru mail (Mail ref: [protected]). They are not bothered to sort out my problem other than to send regret mail. Corresponded with local mysore service centre [protected]- revanna`s care, mysore-23, bill no[protected] dtd 19/9/19. They are not even interested to provide repair quotation. 1) how to get my mobile service under warranty basis? 2) can i go to local consumer court and indicate whether my complaint to be on service centre or on samsung?
