I bought one samsung j7 max in the month of september 6th' 2017. I was very much happy with the phone but unfortunately 3 days back my phone was completely blank & i visited your noida sector 2 branch service center. I submitted my phone to them for the repair under warranty. They said we will call u tomorrow if we found any issue with the product or you can call us on sunday at 2 pm for the confirmation of phone ready or not, but i could't received any call from them & when i called them they told me you have to pay 13, 800 for the repair because we found liquid in the instrument. Why should i pay 13, 800/- if my phone is still under warranty.
From last 15-17 year i am using all samsung product & i really don't know how many of my colleague & family member bought same product through my self.
First time in my life i visited you service center & i was shocked that the product has been blank completely in my carrier.
They said we are right because we found the liquid & we don't know about your self because you are using this phone.
I was really surprised after listing this conversation from samsung service center. Because we can't expect this kind of behavior from no. 1 mobile company in the world. I am also working with one of reputed company in the world (Jaguar land rover) & we know ho to treat our customer.
I need new phone, so i can buy another product no issue, but i am 100% sure in future, i will not buy & refer my colleague & family member for buying any samsung product. Because we can't tolerate this kind off behavior & response.
Either my phone will be repair under warranty or i will take it back from your service center on same condition.
