Samsung on5 pro bought from amazon on 1st october 2016. This phone is working very fine from date of purchase, but my headphone received along with this phone was not working for a change of this headphone i visited dee vee, model town centre for samsung mobile repair centre visited somewhere in february 2017 end. They changed my headphone but all the data wiped and software updating done by the agency and after that i reported on the spot that the phone is heating but they said that this is because of software update. But after a few days i again visited to dee vee for this problem on 18.03.2017. They took the phone and did all the tests and software update and said that the phone is ok but i am not satisfied, the phone is still heating. Again i contacted to customer care and they suggested that you visit another repair centre instead of dee vee, i visited to aditya infomcom pvt ltd, ashok vihar instead of dee vee, model town on 24.06.2017. After 2 and half hour they did all the process and saying that after all the tests and software update the phone is ok. But the phone is still heating.
