[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung mobile phone GT-S5302 | |||
My mobile had a problem wherein audio wasn't clear and i took it to samsung service center at sakthivel electronics address : da complex, 7th street, gandhipuram, coimbatore. I was told there was a problem in speaker and that they would service and replace the speaker. I was charged rs. 450/- for which i was not given any receipt. To my utter dismay the problem for which i approached the service center was not solved. When questioned they said they had changed the speaker and flashed the operating system and the amount paid was for that and could do nothing more to clear the audio. I am filing this complaint against - the attitude of your service center by charging exorbitant rates without any receipt and not fulfilling the need of the customers and trying to justify the charges by saying that they had done services which were not called for. We have been using samsung mobiles for the past five years but the attitude of your service center has made us rethink. Was this information helpful? | |||
