Hello sir,
I'm taking this effort to bring to your notice that the service centre located at khar in mumbai, the staffs are so irresponsible and useless that even after a week they are not able to reply me for my requests for a new samsung galaxy note 4 battery. They have noted my no. But no followup and no complaint registered ref. Id. Giving fake commitments to arrange it in next 2 days it's been a week but every time a new staff attend and they have no clue about the complaint.
The staffs are not trained, doesn't understand simple english, keep on explaining about the complsint every time. Giving wrong information and wrong price every time i call to cross check.
When i said i need the original samsung galaxy note 4 battery with warranty with same model no. On battery. (As fake ones are avaliable in the market with different models no.) they said any model no. Would do, you phone will work. Now how's that possible?
I feel i'm being cheated by purchasing an expensive phone by samsung. Samsung has not stood by its name. From now onwards i'll never buy samsung products nor refer to other to buy.
Complaint :- originl battery of samsung galaxy note 4.
Date of complaint.:- 14th may 2016.
Status :- don't know stock availability. Don't know by when it will be available.
Staff reply on price for battery:-
1st 2000 approx,
2nd 1400 approx,
3rd 1700 approx,
5th 1600 approx
Final 15000 approx.
