I have sent legal notice to samsung india electronics pvt ltd 20th to 24th floor, two horizon center, golf course road sector 43 dlf phase v gurgaon haryana through my advocate mr. Nishant santoshi chamber no 11 civil court bareilly on 20.12.2017. I will also file the case pil (Public interest litigation) against the samsung india electronics pvt limited.in allahabad high court 1, challenging the specifications of the company. The company is claiming the mobile is water resistance in the rain, shower or the pool for up to 30 minutes in a depth of 1.5 m or below is false of water proof. 2. Harassment to the customers due to the poor response of the customer care executives to address the customer issues. With regards Jasvinder singh Mobile: [protected] I have purchased mobile samsung edge 7 on 15.10.2017. Serial no. Rz8h90b4qze ([protected]) The company is claiming the mobile is water resistance in the rain, shower or the pool for up to 30 minutes in a depth of 1.5 m or below is false. The water entered in the mobile with in 15 seconds when my wife put the shorts of my son in a bucket carrying water. Its display and front camera is not working. Service center has said that it out of warranty. Its warranty has expired 8 days before. I have already lodged complaint with samsung vide complaint no. [protected] dated 23.10.2017. I need replacement of mobile or register a case against the company in the court. The company has cheated lakhs of customers by making false claim of meeting specifications ip 68 water and dust resistant. I want to lodge the claim against the company for an amount of rs. 2.5 crores for cheating all its customers. In case of no immediate replacement i want to fight the case in consumer court.
