Dear Sir, This is to inform you that, on 19/05/2017 i have submitted my Mobile (S/N- RZ1G12RW6WX ) regarding simply issued of charging problem with estimated of Rs.550 approx. but on 20th May-17 on 04.00 P.M informed that that should be mother board problem and that estimate will be 8.5K, as per reply i have not needed more expenditure of 80% of mobile invoice price. Than went to on 22/05/17 and also receive my handset. When i left the care one person (samsung Care) exit out main gate and taken my invoice and something write on it. At this circumstance my set totally waste when that was not broken, not dump in to water not short circuit. Told me at this situation my hand set in more? It's use and through? My Complain Ref.
