Dear sir
I complaint previously as well against samsung device note 5 smart phone which i own.
The complain was regarding problem in note 5.
I got a call from samsung. But that time i myself reached okhla for the repairing.
There i was told that there is issue for the motherboard and battery and they told that it would be changed through them as it is in guarantee.
After one hour i was told that there was some crack in mother board so they have just changed the battery and handed over the phone to me.
I just wanted to understand that this is the third time i visited your service center and all times your service executives have repaired it, so i believe this must be the mistake from your service executives end as they only have opened the mother board as it is the main and inner part of the phone. And why should i bear the mistake done by your staff?
Also the phone which is especially note 5 again have some problem as it gets switched off again and again.
My humble request you to please change my phone.
As this is serious issue and if not resolved by your end i have look some other option to get the mobile changed.
My humble request to please resolve the issue at the earliest as because of the phone getting switched off i am facing lots of problem and i am losing my business due to this as my clients are not able to contact me.
Please change the phone.
And if you are not the person who can help me please let me know the email of the person who can help me out from this serious issue.
After all i have paid for it and all the problems i am facing because of your phone.
Let me reiterate that i am a good customer of samsung. I mentioned earlier also.
My belief in samsung is shaking now because of this instance.
Again requesting for the change of the phone.
Looking forward for the early resolution to it.
