[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung note 9 - worst service | |||
Hello, Regarding - Samsung Note 9 Service bill# [protected] – CSR Print Date[protected] I’m Akilan Rengasamy from Chennai. I gave my 10 days old mobile phone for replacement due to below issues. • Battery Fast Drain / Hanging / Heating / Reverse Processing I visit US Samsung Service on 19/09/2018 regarding this issue and refused to do service because I bought in India. They asked me to do the Factory reset & ask me to review. But still the issue not resolved. After I came to India I went to Chennai Nungambakkam service center and requested for DOA replacement because it’s a brand-new phone. They asked me to wait for 24hrs time to do an observation on these issues. NOBODY called me and update the status. Again on 28/9/2018 went to service center and met Mr. Venkatesh (Floor Manager) he informed me they done all the test, and everything is fine and can’t replace my handset. They showed the mobile and I checked the device nothing is FINE. They just watched Youtube video’s and done system application test and try to give the mobile phone back to me. Within 1hour phone gets drain up to 12% when there is no sim/no WIFI/no brightness & service guy telling me its normal. I asked how come battery will go down within 1hour to 12% for 4000mAh battery, no answer from service center say’s its normal drain. I asked about heating ‘He took IR thermometer to check room temperature and found (26 degrees) same time checked in my phone its (32Degree), a phone was Air conditioner for 1 whole day, but he said its normal. Asked about Reverse processing he said they checked YouTube video and its working fine. I asked them how come you people check the processer reversing issue while watching on online videos no answer from service people. I called customer care and spoke to Kavitha supervisor regarding this issue, but no effective care taken to my phone. Again 29/09/2018 I went to service center and met Mr. Venkatesh said no issue with the device. I checked back everything nothing was changed, and they didn’t even care to understand the issue raised by me. I spoke to Shiva Kumar from Samsung escalation supervisor he said escalating issue to head team for the result. I haven’t take my phone back because the issues were not resolved. • They didn’t flash my phone to check whether the hanging issue was resolved, • Nobody used my phone more than 1hour to confirm the Battery drain & Hanging issue. • I informed them to play games to check reverse processing issue. • I clearly informed them while charging & while in call my phone heating is very high, but they didn’t check that heat. After the big argument, they gave me Samsung S7edge for Standby until this issue resolved. Because I was using a very basic mobile from 26/09/2018 to till date. I’m using Note service from the beginning and being a premium customer, I complained for a genuine reason and nothing was resolved that made me PISSED OFF. I’m going to write a letter to Consumer complaint regarding this issue due to the WORST SERVICE. I WANT MY PHONE TO BE REPLACED.
