I gave my product since april/ 23/ 2016, and the samsung authorised service centre till date has not updated me with regards to the condition of the product. The problem was the power switch of the oven but no word has been given to me till now when i enquired. The excuse was always that the engineer is not in the office so they cannot give me any assessment. I believe that this is a vy irresponsible behaviour and very unprofessional and make customers lose confidence in the Samsung Brand name. Was this information helpful? | |||
